HOW DO I ORDER PARTS FROM LAWNMOWER PARTS ONLINE?
Orders are taken through our website, however if you have any questions or concerns about any of the products that you are viewing please feel free to email us before you make the purchase. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We also have an after hours service Monday-Wednesday until 8:30pm and we can even be contacted on Saturdays! HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PARTS?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Debit Cards (Switch, Solo, Laser & Visa Debit) as methods of payment. We process these using the provider Realex. We also accept payment through PayPal.
IS LAWNMOWER PARTS ONLINE VAT REGISTERED?
Lawnmower Parts Online is vat registered in Ireland, All product prices are inclusive of VAT. The VAT rate in Ireland is 23%.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY?
We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within approximately 2 - 4 working days of your order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. (International deliveries can take 7 - 21 + working days). However, products are subject to supplier availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products.
Lawnmower Parts Online reserves the right to ship the order in multiple shipments and with any shipping / dispatch service deemed appropriate to the order. This will not affect the delivery time frame.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

WHAT IF THE ORDERED ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
Lawnmower Parts Online strives to maintain our own stock levels while also trying to ensure that we have every listed accessory and part accessible to us within 4 - 10 working days. However, because we deal with many different suppliers, sometimes their stocking levels can vary leading to delays. We will phone or email the customer with a estimated delivery time if this occurs.

All our parts are Brand New only, with the majority of them being spurious or aftermarket parts which are of matching quality to Original Parts. Lawnmower Parts Online also carries original parts, depending on your mower, in spark plugs, filters, solenoids, blades, belts, etc.
ARE LAWNMOWER PARTS ONLINE PARTS AFTERMARKET SPURIOUS OR ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT PARTS?
Most of our parts are aftermarket spurious parts. As well as the spurious, we also offer the original equipment parts. Spurious parts are of matching quality to the original parts. Lawnmower Parts Online also have original parts, depending on your mower.

DOES LAWNMOWER PARTS ONLINE FIT PARTS? (NO WE DO NOT FIT ANY PARTS )
Lawnmower Parts Online does not do any repair work.
It is the customers responsibility to correctly fit the parts they order, if parts are incorrect you are advised not to fit them. You may return them by post for a refund/replacement with invoice paperwork included.
WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If an item arrives damaged then do not sign for the order. You must ensure that the item has arrived in good condition when signing for the order, any damage claims will not be entertained in any case after 3 working days of delivery .
WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
You may return an ordered item at your own expense to our address below, In order to receive a full refund products should be returned in a saleable condition in their original, unused, undamaged packaging with Invoice Paperwork to:
